Design Workshops
and Global Studies Courses
From legal architecture to field implementation.
Development finance partnerships require innovation and collaborative optimism.
GP3 workshops and educational modules seek to identify connected interests among willing collaborators. Our model facilitates co-design between stakeholders with various interests and strengths to contribute to partnership arrangements.
These workshops are available as standalone engagements or as part of a structured program design process.
INSTITUTIONAL DESIGN AND CREATION
This workshop builds on emerging trends in the creation and operation of public-private institutions that operate internationally.
CROSS-CULTURAL STRATEGIC COLLABORATION
Cultural beliefs and practices matter. This workshop promotes a better understanding of key cultural concepts on a spectrum, including individualism/community, innovation/tradition, risk/status-quo, transaction/relationship, direct/indirect communication.
BUILDING ON HISTORIC FOUNDATIONS AND THOUGHT FRAMEWORKS
Regional unions and empires were and are fueled by schools of thought that encourage tolerance, innovation, cultural exchange and artistic expression. This workshop explores schools of thought and principles that enable cooperation.
OPERATIONAL AND GOVERNANCE REALITIES
The most consequential development finance programs operate in exactly the conditions least suited to standard program management. Remote. Fragile. Low-capacity. High-friction regulatory environments. This workshop explores systems that may help promote long-standing collaboration and partnership, drawn from field experience across the globe.
Our work spans programs serving Africa, Southeast Asia, the Pacific, the Gulf and Middle-East, Central America, the Caribbean and Central Asia.
Partnership mechanisms designed and implemented include:
